By the end of this session, faculty will be able to:

  1. Understand historical context for how the compensation plan has changed over time
  2. Explain the X + Y + Z overall compensation structure of WUEM
  3. Define one’s own “bonus potential” and factors that contribute to the “Z-component” of incentive compensation.
  4. Find the metrics needed to anticipate and improve upon your bonus potential based on each unique effort profile
