Vacation
All house staff are provided four calendar weeks paid vacation per year.

Training Missouri licensure is also provided if needed.
Lab coats
Lab coats are provided to the resident at no cost, up to four per year.
Parking
Residents have free access to several open and covered lots on the campus.
Professional societies and conferences society membership
Residents are encouraged to participate in professional medicine societies. Residents receive a four-year paid ACEP/EMRA membership.
Travel to conferences
The residency program pays the travel expenses of residents who are traveling to a conference to present research results or who are traveling in an official capacity to represent the residency (e.g., travel for the SAEM residency representative to the national SAEM meeting is paid for).
