Jeffrey Siegler, MD

I’m an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) and have the pleasure of serving as the Interim Chief of the Division of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). I completed my emergency medicine residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, and then pursued an EMS fellowship at WashU. For the past ten years, I’ve been involved as the EMS Medical Director for Rock Township Ambulance District, Jefferson County 911 Dispatch, and Mehlville Fire Protection District. I also work in Special Operations Medicine with the St. Charles County Regional SWAT Team and the St. Louis Metropolitan Urban Search and Rescue Task Force. When I’m not on the front lines as an EMS physician, I proudly represent the National Association of EMS Physicians in discussions with groups like the National Fire Protection Association and the Special Operations Medical Association. When I’m off the clock, I love spending time with my wonderful wife and our two boys! We always try to make the most of our time together, whether it’s cheering on our favorite local sports teams, going on road trips, enjoying movie nights, or exploring all the kid-friendly spots in the St. Louis Metro area. There’s always an adventure waiting for us!
