For more than 40 years, Barnes-Jewish St. Peters has provided exceptional care close to home. Smaller than our main hospital, the Barnes-Jewish West County emergency department is easy to navigate, but still sees nearly 18,000 patients annually. Patients needing inpatient admission are cared for in modern private rooms. Select subspecialty services are available, including general surgery, colorectal surgery, urology, gastroenterology, orthopedics
