 ame started and emergency physicians appear to often be in the <a href="htt

 ="noopener noreferrer">center of the controversy</a>.</p><p>This multi-disc
 iplinary symposium will bring experts from Mental Health and Emergency Medi
 cine along with public officials to discuss the opioid crisis and several p
 otential clinical and political approaches to begin to address it.</p><p>Th
 e symposium will occur August 22nd from 9AM – 12PM at the Eric P. Newman Ed
 ucation Center located on Washington University School of Medicine campus. 
 The symposium is free\, so please come – bring a friend- and share your ide
